Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, answering menu questions, and handling complaints professionally.
- Beverage & Food Preparation: Making coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and smoothies; serving food, snacks, and pastries to specifications.
- Maintenance & Hygiene: Cleaning tables, counters, and equipment; sweeping/mopping; ensuring the café is tidy and safe.
- Operations & Cash Handling: Operating POS systems, handling cash/card transactions, and opening or closing the store.
- Inventory Management: Restocking supplies, receiving deliveries, and monitoring stock levels.
