Field Recruiter

Job Summary:

A Field Recruiter is responsible for on-ground, active sourcing and hiring of candidates – ITI and Diploma Freshers, often focusing on high-volume, blue-collar, or specialized roles by visiting local areas, markets, and communities. They manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, while representing the employer brand directly in the field.

Key Responsibilities

· Active Sourcing & Networking: Visit local areas, industrial hubs, job fairs, and community events to find candidates.

· Field Interviews: Conduct face-to-face screenings and interviews on-site.

· High-Volume Hiring: Meet daily or weekly hiring targets for large-scale, frontline, or operational positions.

· Onboarding & Documentation: Manage the candidate onboarding process, including document verification, background checks, and joining formalities.

· Candidate Experience: Promote the employer brand and ensure a smooth, positive, and quick hiring experience.

· Data Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide daily/weekly reports to hiring managers.
