Sales Executive

Job Summary

Well & Wall Interiors is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for interior sales and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

·        Generate new leads through field visits, references, and digital inquiries

·        Meet potential clients and explain interior products & services

·        Achieve monthly sales targets

·        Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales

·        Maintain client database and update daily reports

·        Coordinate with design and execution teams for project closure

·        Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Required Skills

·        Strong communication and negotiation skills

·        Good presentation and convincing ability

·        Basic knowledge of MS Excel and lead tracking

·        Target-driven and self-motivated

·        Ability to handle customers professionally

Qualification

·        Any Degree / Diploma (Marketing or Business preferred)

Experience

·        0–3 years of experience in sales (Interior)

·        Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

Salary

·        ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)

·        Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
