Job Description
- Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products
- Display and demonstrate jewellery items effectively
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell products such as bangles, necklaces, rings, and accessories
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and attractive product displays
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of gold, diamonds, and gemstones
