Accountant Job Responsibilities:

• Handling School Fees and Fee Collection: Track student fees, issue receipts, and manage the fee collection process.
• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
• Payroll Management: Process monthly payroll for staff, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
• Budgeting: Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of the school’s financial status.
• Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts and ensure that financial discrepancies are resolved.
• Reporting: Generate financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and budget vs. actual reports.
• Audit Preparation: Assist with the preparation for internal or external audits.

Note: If the candidate has any experience in School Software are added advantage

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
