Job Title: Enrollment Manager

Location: Vikarabad, Telangana

Job Summary: Lead the admissions team to drive enrollment growth from lead generation to conversion, hitting targets with minimal discounts. Manage admission counsellors, create marketing plans, negotiate fees, build parent relationships, and use data analytics for optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and performance-manage a team of admission counsellors to ensure consistent achievement of enrollment goals.
• Develop and execute annual marketing and admissions plans, including lead generation strategies, campaigns, and events to attract prospective families.
• Oversee the full admissions funnel: from inquiry to application close, fee negotiations, and enrollment conversion, with a focus on high close rates and limited discounting.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with parents and stakeholders through personalised communication, follow-ups, and trust-building initiatives.
• Plan for future enrollment cycles by creating data-informed conversion strategies, forecasting targets, and adjusting tactics based on performance trends.
• Manage data tracking, analysis, and reporting using CRM tools (e.g., Extraedge, MyClassBoard) to monitor key metrics like inquiry-to-enrollment ratios, conversion rates, discount levels, and ROI on marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and academic teams to align enrollment strategies with institutional goals and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in Business, Marketing, or Education.
• 3+ years in admissions/sales leadership; proven target achievement.
• CRM/Excel proficiency; strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
