Area Sales Officer

Job Title: Area Sales Officer (ASO)Location: As per company requirement

• Salary: Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Area Sales Officer to handle sales operations within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow sales in the assigned area/territory
• Identify new customers and business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and clients
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
• Ensure timely collection of payments
• Prepare sales reports and submit regular updates to management
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery

Preferred Industry Background: Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:

• Iron & Steel
• Cement Manufacturing
• Real Estate
• Construction Materials / Building Materials
• Candidate Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage)
• Freshers are welcome
• 1–5 years of experience for experienced candidates
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel within the assigned area
• Self-motivated with a strong sales mindset
