Computer Operator

We are looking for a dedicated female Data Entry and Computer Operator for our spice manufacturing unit. The candidate will handle all tasks related to data management, ERP software data entry, and daily reporting for sales and production.

### *Key Responsibilities / मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ*  

- Enter and update data in ERP software for production, sales, and inventory.  

 - उत्पादन, बिक्री और स्टॉक से संबंधित डेटा को ERP सॉफ्टवेयर में दर्ज और अपडेट करना।  

- Prepare daily sales and production reports.  

 - दैनिक बिक्री और उत्पादन रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।  

- Manage invoices, purchase orders, and dispatch documentation.  

 - चालान, खरीद आदेश और डिस्पैच से जुड़े दस्तावेज़ों को संभालना।  

- Maintain digital records of manufacturing and packaging activities.  

 - निर्माण और पैकेजिंग की गतिविधियों का डिजिटल रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।  

- Coordinate with the production and sales teams to ensure data accuracy.

- Handle email communication and basic office computer work.

### *Requirements / आवश्यकताएँ*  

- Female candidate with computer skills preferred (MS Office, ERP, email usage).  

 - महिला उम्मीदवार जिसे कंप्यूटर (MS Office, ERP, ईमेल) का अच्छा ज्ञान हो को प्रमुखता   

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Commerce or Computer background preferred).  

 - न्यूनतम योग्यता: 12वीं पास (वाणिज्य या कंप्यूटर पृष्ठभूमि को प्राथमिकता)।  

- Fast and accurate typing; attention to detail.
