TPD Sales: Job Description;

·      Relationship Management.

·      Building relationship with Assigned Bank Partners.

·      Achieve GWP targets with assigned partners and territory.

• Train & develop partner sales and service teams to enable them to pitch effectively to new customers and thereby achieve the business numbers.
• Maintain a tracker of various visits and calls and report on daily basis. Ensure accurate records are accurately updated.
• Use of digital tools like Sales application to achieve the organization objective of maximum digitization.
• Decoding client’s requirement, pain points and opportunity areas

·      Providing need based solutions to clients to increase stickiness.
