Area Manager-Branch Operations
Eligibilities
- Total service of 36 months in MFL
- Should be in grade MM2/MM3
- Rated 3 or above in the last 2 PMS cycle and not having any active DA case
- Average Branch Score Card (BSC) should be 3 or above for the last 1 years
Skillset & Competencies
- Render necessary support to branches to ensure data quality/data enrichment
- Render necessary support to branches enhance digital adoption
- Render necessary support to branches on Product queries, technical issues regarding Gold Loans, SME loans and TPP
- Centralized coordination of KYC maintenance & ensuring quality assurance
- Verification and clearance of documents as per checklist prior to sanction of Gold loans.
- Handling customer queries and resolving grievances as per customer service standard
