We are a fast-growing consumer beverage company focused on health-conscious and innovative drinks. We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Area Sales Executive to help scale our products across Vijayawada.


Job Description:

As an Area Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, distribution, and visibility across a designated territory. You will build relationships with retailers, restaurants, cafes, colleges, and other high-traffic outlets while ensuring timely stock replenishment and activation of promotional campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, restaurants, cafes, colleges, and other key outlets.
  • Conduct product sampling, in-store promotions, and activations to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Monitor stock levels, sales data, and competitor activity; coordinate with the delivery team for timely replenishment.
  • Collect market insights and customer feedback to guide marketing and product decisions.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and onboard new outlets in the territory.
  • Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, retail distribution, or the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the Vijayawada market and outlet networks is a plus.
  • Comfortable with mobility around the city and handling multiple outlets per day.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
