Assistant Manager - Institutional Connect

Assistant Manager - Institutional Connect is responsible for originating and closing significant business opportunities with Higher Educational Institutions as a part of EduTech's CollegeConnect Business Vertical.

Assistant Manager - Institutional Connect -

• Will drive business growth for CollegeConnect Products & Services with new and existing accounts of L&T EduTech.

• Take ownership, originate and respond to new business opportunities and owning sales pursuit efforts

• Engage closely with Internal Delivery teams and external partners.

• Focus on upselling and cross-selling the services within and across our core capabilities.

• Meet sales & Delivery goals for CollegeConnect, aligned to organizational annual budgets.

• Successfully support the sales cycle architecting L&T EduTech solutions during the sales phase of a deal

• Analyze customer business goals, objectives, needs, process and existing infrastructure and provide solutions

• Apply business outcome-based sales principles and demonstrate relevant and transferable company experience in developing sales strategy, opportunity briefs and sales plans.

• Understand the prospect and client decision making process and stakeholder/ organizational map

• Must have trusted relationships with Principals, Deans, Chancellors etc.  (Key Decision Makers) in various Higher Educational institutions and leverage them to originate new opportunities. Also, she/he be able to establish new customer relationship for business growth.

• Develops and maintains an accurate, high quality pipeline that is aligned to our company’s sales process

• be able to provide input on market requirements and consumer behavior to the core product/business team

• Shall be able to articulate CollegeConnect's offerings effectively to potential partners, while leveraging L&T's brand value without diluting it in any way.
