Job description:

Organization: Godavari~Krishna Co-Op Society Limited.

Our Branches :  Ibrahimpatnam, Ajith Singh Nagar,Poranki, Patamata, Vuyyuru, Gudivada , Nuzividu, Gannavaram, Vijayawada (Andhra pradesh)

Role & responsibilities :

• Should be able to identify the Target Customers for the Business Loans in according to Organization Criteria.
• Visiting the Field on a daily basis for Lead Generation and After the process of the Loan File.
• Informing the Customer about the Process of the Loan and criteria that the customer has to fulfil in the documentation.
• ABM-Loans is completely responsible for the Document Collection from the Customer.
• Should visit the Customer and Guarantor for Field Verification in presence of the Branch Manager.
• Should follow-up on the NPA's at Branch Level.
• Team Management is must.
• Ability to recruit the agents for collection purposes on commission based.
• Visiting field on day to day basis for inspection of Executives.
• Verifying the collection amount of each Executive by day end.
• Vising field for Marketing activities to generate new leads for Business Loans and Saving A/C's.
• Interacting with the leads for closing the deals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven work experience in the field of Loans & Collections.
• Min qualification should be Degree & Above.
• Ability to recruit the Agency Channel for collections.
• Team Management ability.

Salary: 20k-25k + Incentives

NOTE: salary will be decided upon experience and basic understanding in role specific Knowledge.
