Branch Internship Executive

Assist in customer onboarding and explain gold loan products and services.

Support the loan processing team in verifying gold ornaments, documentation, and loan approval procedures.

Help in data entry, record maintenance, and updating customer details in the system.

Learn and assist in appraising gold jewelry (under supervision).

Provide customer support regarding loan terms, repayment schedules, and interest rates.

Coordinate with the branch manager and loan officers for smooth workflow.

Ensure compliance with KYC norms and company policies.

Assist in daily branch operations, report preparation, and end-of-day reconciliation.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in customer handling.
