Job Description

  • Customer InteractionGreet and assist walk-in customers at the branch.
  • Understand customer requirements and guide them on gold loan products.
  • Provide information related to interest rates, schemes, and repayment options.
  • 2. Loan Processing SupportAssist staff in initial screening of gold ornaments (no final valuation).
  • Help in filling loan application forms and collecting necessary KYC documents.
  • Enter customer and loan details into the system under supervision.
  • Support in uploading documents and maintaining proper file records.
  • 3. Operations & AdministrationAssist in day-to-day branch administrative tasks.
  • Help in cash counter activities such as issuing receipts (only with authorization).
  • Monitor customer follow-ups for interest payments, renewals, and reminders.
  • 4. Compliance & SafetyEnsure adherence to company policies and RBI guidelines related to gold loans.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Support the branch team in ensuring secure handling of gold assets.
  • 5. Sales & Marketing SupportParticipate in local marketing activities like pamphlet distribution, customer calls, and lead generation.
  • Help track leads and conversions in the system.
  • Promote new schemes and branch offers to customers.
