Business Development Executive (Education)π Location: Vijayawada / Guntur

π About the Role : We are hiring a motivated Business Development Executive to drive institutional growth by visiting colleges, building relationships with Principals and HODs, and converting discussions into seminars, workshops, and academic collaborations. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy fieldwork, communication, and result-oriented growth in the education sector.
π― Key Responsibilities
- Visit engineering, degree, and intermediate colleges in assigned areas
- Meet Principals, HODs, and Management for official discussions
- Present company offerings, programs, and student benefits
- Convince institutions to conduct seminars / workshops / awareness sessions
- Fix seminar dates and coordinate approvals with college authorities
- Develop and maintain long-term institutional relationships
- Identify new colleges and partnership opportunities
- Submit daily field visit reports and follow-ups to the management
- Support execution and coordination during seminar days

- Frequent travel within Vijayawada / Guntur regions

π Eligibility Criteria : Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- Preferred: BBA / MBA / B.Com / Any Degree
- Freshers or candidates with 0β3 years experience in:
- Business Development
- Field Sales
- Education Sales
- Institutional / Corporate Outreach

- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Telugu fluency mandatory; basic English communication preferred
- Confidence in handling meetings with senior academic staff
- Professional attitude and presentable personality
- Basic knowledge of reporting tools (WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Forms)
- Willingness to work on targets and travel daily
