Job Summary: We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Call Center Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
• Address customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Maintain proper call records and update customer details in the system
• Follow up with customers for feedback or issue resolution
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills (Telugu, English, Hindi preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Active listening and customer-handling skills
