Job Description

  • Educational Qualifications - Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Technology
  • ITI (Civil) candidates with may also be considered
  • Basic understanding of - Residential, commercial, and land properties, measurement techniques for plinth area, carpet area, built-up area
  • Awareness of local building by-laws and zoning norms, Encumbrance, access roads, and surroundings
  • Willingness to travel locally for site inspections
  • Good observation and reporting skills
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Ability to coordinate with property owners, agents, and bankers
  • Conduct physical inspection of immovable properties assigned in a stipulated time frame
  • Capture clear geo-tagged photographs
  • Collect and verify - Property address and boundaries, Floor details and configuration, Age and condition of the building
  • Cross-check site details with documents provided (without interpretation).
  • Service areas - Vijayawada, Guntur, Machilipatnam, Tenali, Chilakalurpet, Gudivada, Nandyal, Eleru, Tadepalligudem
