Supervise civil, interior, and renovation works at the Gold Loan branch

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, electricians, plumbers, and carpenters

Ensure branch layout complies with gold loan security and safety standards

Monitor quality of construction, materials, and workmanship

Ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance activities

Inspect strong rooms, vault areas, flooring, partitions, shutters, and ceilings

Ensure compliance with local building rules, fire safety, and company guidelines

Prepare work estimates, material requirements, and progress reports

Handle routine maintenance and emergency repair works

Coordinate with branch managers and head office for approvals and updates
