Collection Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee collections for bucket (BKT) accounts, write-off recovery, asset sales, and recovery on loss on sale for 2W and 3W loans.

Manage a team of Collection Executives, ensuring adequate manpower for portfolio coverage and adherence to CAPE norms.

Ensure 100% usage of the mobile app for collection activities, with quality feedback and trails updated.

Focus on non-starters and revenue collection, coordinating with sales and credit underwriting teams for portfolio quality management.

Identify deployment of assets and engage with delinquent customers.

Initiate appropriate actions for critical cases, ensuring repossession of assets in compliance with standard operating procedures.

Devise strategies to control and minimize fraud losses, conducting audits of existing revenue streams and implementing corrective measures.

Ensure timely deposition of collected funds.​

Desired Skills:

Graduate or Post Graduate in Marketing or any other field.

5–10 years of experience in secured/unsecured product financing.

Good communication skills and a pleasing personality.

High level of self-drive and enthusiasm.

Ability to manage a healthy portfolio and ensure effective cost management.​
