Hiring: Team Leader – Collections & Recovery (Personal Loans
Role & Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of collection executives handling Personal Loan accounts
• Ensure timely recovery and achievement of monthly targets
• Monitor daily calling, field activity & performance of team members
• Handle escalations and high-bucket / critical cases
• Ensure compliance with company policies & regulatory guidelines
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS and performance reports
• Train, motivate, and coach team for better productivity
