Communication & Soft Skills Trainer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer who can prepare candidates for the Corporate Environment. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing Communication Skills, Interview Readiness and overall Professional behavior of trainees.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Training sessions on Basic to Intermediate English Communication Skills

Spoken English & Grammar Fundamentals, Interview preparation, (Mock Interviews, HR & Technical rounds guidance)

Personality Development & Confidence Building

Workplace etiquette and Professional Behavior

Design and Deliver Structured training Modules

Assess candidates and track progress regularly

Conduct Mock Interviews and provide constructive feedback

Prepare candidates for real-time Job Opportunities

Coordinate with Internal Technical Training teams for alignment

Required Skills:

     Strong command over English (Spoken & Written)

     Excellent Presentation and Training Skills

     Experience in Interview Coaching and Soft Skills Training

     Ability to engage and manage batches of students

     Good Interpersonal and Mentoring Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline (English/HR Preferred)

Prior experience in Training Institutes / Colleges / Skill Development Programs Certification in Soft Skills / Communication Training is an added advantage

Experience:

1 – 5+ years in Soft Skills Training / Teaching / Coaching

Key Outcome:

Candidates should become Job – ready with Strong Communication and Interview Skills

Additional Notes:

Technical Training will be handled by separate teams.

Trainer will focus purely on Soft Skills and employability enhancement
