· Feedback from existing customers
· Feedback on processes-MIS/Resolution Plan/Customer Update
· Push Opportunity:-Courtesy calls/Clarify questions/Coordinate to resolve/Update back to customers
· Generate Opportunity:-Identify new prospects/Fix new Appointments/Ask existing client’s referral.
· Pick Long pending tickets:-Internal Coordination/Customer Connect/Push Closure
· Engage with customers over phone, Websites, Email, Whatsapp etc
· Manage different formats and templates on company Intro/Region Intro/Client References etc.,
