Job Description :

We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Care Executive to handle customer enquiries, calls, and follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer calls and enquiries.
• Respond to WhatsApp, social media, and website enquiries.
• Provide information about our products and services (Interiors, WPC Doors & Windows).
• Maintain customer data and enquiry records.
• Schedule appointments for showroom visits.
• Follow up with potential customers and leads.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements.
• RequirementsGood communication skills (Telugu & basic English).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM / WhatsApp).
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle calls and follow-ups professionally.

Experience

• 1–2 years experience in customer support / telecalling / front office.
