JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Tele sales executive to help grow our real estate business in AP&TS. IF you are expert in Tele calling and tele sales we'd love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating lead, handling customer inquiries and converting leads into successful sales through telephonic communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead generation and follow ups from provided data base and leads.
2. Customer handling and Relationship management
3. Sales and conversation by maintain a strong pipeline
4. Data management and reporting
5. Coordination with sales team
6. Maintain professionalism and compliance

KEY SKILLS AND & QUALIFICATIONS:

1. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
2. STRONG SALES AND NEGOTIATION ABILITIES
3. BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF REAL ESTATE MARKET
4. GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF CRM TOOLS AND MS OFICE
5. EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE TELE SALES [ PREFFERED BUT NOT MANADATORY
