MAJOR DELIVERABLES:

• Site inspections and monitoring the site readiness for the Installation of home automation products at customer premises

• Should know the new / existing home power supply (single phase / multiphase, Invertor, generator power supply)

• Review the Load evaluation details of sites and propose the solution

• Regular visits to client sites and advice the client/site electrician/supervisor on the standards required for a home automation solution

• Troubleshoot the home automation modules' connectivity issues

• Resolving the electrical / home automation module complaints

• Handle the Escalations on the issue identified and resolved in a structured manner to management

• Should be the single point of contact for the site and ensure site readiness and installation

• Knowledge of Auto Cad and Dialux software is preferable
