Plant and Maintenance Technician/Engineer

We seek a skilled Plant and Maintenance Technician/Engineer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in heavy construction plant. Experience in the construction/heavy equipment repair industry is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and timely breakdown repairs on construction machinery (excavators, cranes, generators, batching plants, etc.).

• Quickly diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults using schematics and diagnostic tools.

• Ensure all maintenance meets safety (HSE) standards and manufacturer specifications.

• Accurately complete job cards and maintain equipment history logs via CMMS.

• Manage spare parts inventory and assist site operators.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years as a Technician/Engineer on heavy machinery.

• Diploma/ITI or B.E. in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.

• Expertise in diesel engines, hydraulics, and troubleshooting.

• Strong practical and problem-solving skills in a site environment.
