Facility Manager MST

1. FM, Safety Daily & Monthly Inspections & PMs-

· Carry out daily and monthly safety inspections of the facility in accordance with FM protocols.

· Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) for electrical and mechanical systems.

· Identify potential safety hazards and escalate to the supervisor as needed.

· Ensure inspection checklists and PM logs are accurately completed and maintained.

2. FM-Related Daily Operations-

· Respond to FM-related work orders, breakdowns, and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.

· Assist with space management, facility repairs, HVAC support, plumbing, and basic civil works as required.

· Coordinate with other departments for smooth operation of facilities.

· Coordinate with the vendor for completion of pending works.

3. Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Works-

· Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, motors, pumps, and mechanical equipment.

· Inspect and replace electrical wiring, lighting systems, and mechanical components as required.

· Support in installation, commissioning, and servicing of new equipment.

4. Knowledge of Single & Three-Phase Systems-

· Apply strong knowledge of both single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.

· Safely operate and maintain systems including distribution panels, switchgear, and motor control centres.

· Interpret wiring diagrams, load schedules, and ensure safe electrical practices are followed.

5. Safety Trainings-

· Participate in and conduct basic safety training sessions for new team members and support ongoing safety awareness.

· Ensure compliance with company safety policies and local regulatory requirements.

· Promote a culture of safety and proactive risk mitigation.

6. Daily Rounds & Readings-

· Conduct daily facility rounds to monitor the status of critical equipment and infrastructure.

· Record readings of electrical meters, water levels, HVAC systems, and other critical parameters.

· Identify and report any anomalies to ensure early detection of issues.

· Strong understanding of safety protocols and emergency response.
