Job Summary: We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to join our team at Galaxy Credit Services. The role involves handling field collections efficiently while maintaining customer relations and ensuring timely payments.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Visit customers to collect outstanding payments

✅ Follow up on due & overdue accounts professionally

✅ Maintain proper documentation of collections & payments

✅ Ensure timely reporting of collection activities

✅ Communicate effectively with customers regarding payment schedules

✅ Adhere to company policies & collection guidelines

📌 Qualifications & Requirements:

✔️ Education: Minimum SSC (10th) & above

✔️ Certification: DRA & Non-DRA certified candidates can apply

✔️ Must-Have: Two-wheeler & smartphone

✔️ Skills: Good communication, negotiation & fieldwork abilities
