Job Summary

Benaka Gold Company is hiring energetic and target-oriented Field Executives to promote company services, generate leads, and support branch business growth. The role requires strong communication skills, customer interaction, and fieldwork experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field visits to promote Benaka Gold Company services
• Generate leads and walk-in customers for the branch
• Build relationships with local merchants, agents, and customers
• Explain company offers, gold valuation process, and benefits clearly
• Achieve daily and monthly targets
• Coordinate with branch staff for customer follow-ups
• Collect customer details and maintain proper records
• Support promotional activities, events, and campaigns
• Provide market feedback and competitor information
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum SSLC / PUC / Any Degree
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Ability to work in the field and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps
• Two-wheeler preferred (with valid license)
• Local area knowledge is an advantage
