About the RoleWe are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Field Sales & Marketing Executives. This is a target-based role where you will be responsible for promoting and selling Water Treatment Chemicals to industrial customers across Secunderabad and nearby areas.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.
• Visit industrial clients to promote water treatment chemical products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct field visits, collect market feedback, and report daily activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, deliveries, and customer service.

Requirements

• Education: Any Graduate / MBA
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome).
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, Telugu, and English.
• Must own a vehicle with a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel for field work within Vijayawada and nearby industrial zones.
• Target-oriented and self-driven personality.

Compensation & Benefits

• fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
