Job Description
We are hiring Field Recruiters to handle delivery boy hiring for Flipkart last-mile operations in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities
Hire delivery boys / bikers for Flipkart hubs
Field sourcing, walk-ins, referrals & local vendors
Use Apna, WhatsApp groups & local areas for hiring
Basic screening & document collection
Ensure candidate joining & activation
Daily hiring updates to Ops & HR team
Eligibility
Education: 10+2 / Any Graduate
Experience: 0–3 years (field / blue-collar hiring preferred)
