Field Sales Executive

Arka Solar Power is hiring Field Sales Executives to promote and sell rooftop solar solutions to residential and commercial customers. The role involves field visits, lead generation, customer meetings, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field activities and references
• Visit customer sites and explain solar rooftop solutions
• Conduct basic site surveys and coordinate with technical teams
• Follow up with prospects and close sales deals
• Assist customers with subsidy and documentation process
• Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports
