Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales ExecutiveJob SummaryThe Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets by visiting customers in assigned territories. The role involves direct interaction with clients, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing sales to drive company revenue.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and prospecting
  • Meet potential clients, understand their needs, and present suitable products or services
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, pricing, and benefits
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Collect market intelligence and competitor information
  • Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in field sales or direct selling (0–5 years, depending on role level)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B or B2C sales
  • Knowledge of local market and customer behavior
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude
