Job Title: CASA Sales Officer

Location: Vijayawada

CTC: ₹16,000 – ₹19,000 per month

Incentives: Up to ₹50,000 (Performance-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

New Customer Acquisition:

Identify and onboard new customers for the bank’s Current and Savings Account (CASA) products through direct field sales.

Conduct daily local visits to generate leads and promote products.

Sales & Cross-Selling:

Engage existing customers to drive additional deposits.

Cross-sell relevant banking products based on customer needs.

Marketing Activities:

Participate in local marketing events and promotional campaigns to boost lead generation and brand visibility.

Learning & Development:

Attend periodic training programs to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
