Job Title: Field Sales Officer – Home Loans / LAP

Job Role & Responsibilities:

. Generate leads for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) through field visits and market activities

• Meet customers, understand their requirements, and explain suitable loan products
• Source business through builders, brokers, DSAs, and channel partners
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Explain loan details such as eligibility, documents, interest rates, and repayment options
• Assist customers with application forms and documentation
• Collect KYC, income, and property documents
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approval
• Follow up on applications and ensure timely loan disbursement
• Maintain daily reports on visits, leads, and conversions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate (preferred)
• Experience: 0 to 3 years in Home Loan / LAP / Banking / NBFC / Financial Sales
• Freshers with sales interest can also be considered

Skills Required:

• Field sales experience
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Willingness to travel locally for field work
• Basic understanding of loan products is an advantage
