Job Description

Reporting To: Regional Manager
Position Summary
The Training & Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all field-level training and supervision activities across designated districts in Delhi. This role ensures effective delivery of training sessions, seamless field operations, promoter motivation, performance management, and data reporting. The supervisor will act as a mentor, guide, and support system for all promoters while maintaining strong coordination with the Head Office and client teams.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Field Supervision
- Oversee the end-to-end field activities, training delivery, and learning processes within assigned districts.
- Provide continuous guidance, counselling, and support to promoters to ensure smooth execution of field tasks.
- Motivate promoters to achieve their daily/weekly targets and maintain high performance levels.
- Facilitate and lead regular team meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Assist promoters in moving through different stages of training and field activities.
Female Promoter Support & Safety
- Act as a protector and first point of support for female promoters during field visits.
- Ensure safe working conditions and adherence to company safety protocols.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate attendance, performance, and field activity data for all promoters.
- Manage reporting on Client/Agency portals and ensure timely and error-free submissions.
- Track learning progress and ensure promoters meet required training goals.
Technology & Tools
- Understand and operate tablets, mobile phones, and project-related software/tools.
- Provide technical guidance to promoters and troubleshoot basic device-related issues.
- Learn and adapt quickly to new technologies or applications introduced in the program.
Performance Monitoring
- Set monthly/weekly goals and KPIs for promoters.
- Monitor performance, share constructive feedback, and support improvement plans.
- Maintain best practices for training delivery and field supervision based on evolving project needs.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Participate in fortnightly review meetings with the Head Office and Client teams.
- Share field insights, challenges, and recommendations to strengthen the program.
