Job Title: Manager - Finance

Job Description: The Manager – Finance, is a key executive position responsible for overseeing the financial health and strategy of the company. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and leadership.

Responsibilities:1.     Financial Planning and Analysis:

·        Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.

·        Conduct thorough financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

2.     Financial Reporting:·        Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and regulatory filings.

·        Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

3.     Risk Management:·        Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate and manage these risks effectively.

·        Monitor market trends and changes that may impact the company's financial stability.

4.     Treasury Management:·        Oversee cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management.

·        Optimize capital structure and manage relationships with financial institutions.

5.     Audit andCompliance:·        Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.

·        Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate governance standards.

6.     Strategic Planning:·        Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's overall strategic plan.

·        Provide financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions.

7.     Team Leadership:·  Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Competencies:

1.     Educational Qualification:

·        Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

2.     Experience:·        Proven track record of at least 3 years in a senior finance role.

·        Experience in premium/luxury Products Industry is highly desirable.

3.     Technical Skills:·        In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and taxation.

·        Strong understanding of financial modelling and analysis.

4.     Leadership Skills:  Exceptional leadership and people management skills.

·        Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.

5.     Communication Skills:·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner.
