Front Office Receptionist

     Handling Inquiries & Admissions

• Respond to calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries about room availability
• Explain rent, facilities, rules, and policies
• Assist with bookings and check-in procedures 

     Resident Management

• Maintain records of all tenants (ID proof, agreements, payments)
• Handle move-in and move-out processes
• Address resident concerns or complaints 

Rent Collection & Records

• Track monthly rent payments
• Issue receipts and maintain payment records
• Remind tenants about due payments 

       Front Desk Operations

• Answer phone calls and manage visitor entries
• Receive couriers and parcels for residents
• Maintain visitor logbook 

    Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff
• Report repair or service issues (plumbing, electricity, etc.) 

Safety & Rule Enforcement

• Ensure guests follow PG rules (timings, visitors, etc.)
• Monitor entry/exit for security purposes 

. Basic Administration

• Maintain registers, spreadsheets, and documents
• Assist in managing occupancy and room allocation

Skills Required

• Good communication (local language + basic English)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
• Polite and helpful attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Problem-solving and patience
