Graphic Designer

Position Summary

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the creation, editing, and final production of compelling visual content primarily for retail store environments and digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of both print design specifications (for signage and billboards) and digital design best practices (for social media and web). The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a portfolio that demonstrates versatility across various media.

Key Responsibilities

Retail & Print Design

• Design and prepare high-resolution files for large-format print items, including store-front billboards, promotional banners, window displays, and in-store signage.
• Develop internal retail communication materials, such as price tags, shelf talkers, and informational posters, ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage the design process from concept development through to final artwork production, collaborating closely with print vendors to ensure quality and accurate color reproduction.

Digital & Social Media Design

• Create engaging, on-brand graphics and animations for all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) including static posts, stories, and paid advertisements.
• Design digital assets for the company website, email marketing campaigns, and digital displays.
• Edit and enhance product photography and lifestyle imagery for use across all digital channels.

Brand Management & General Design

• Ensure all visual output strictly adheres to established brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in fonts, color palettes, and overall visual tone.
• Manage and organize the digital asset library (photos, logos, design files).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and retail marketing technologies.
• Provide design support for other marketing initiatives and departments as needed.
