Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, attendance management, and compliance. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle employees across multiple locations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & HiringSource candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage offer letters and onboarding process
• Employee RelationsAddress employee queries and grievances
• Maintain positive workplace environment
• Support performance management activities
• Conduct employee engagement programs
• HR OperationsMaintain employee records and documentation
• Attendance & leave management
• Payroll coordination and salary processing support
• Handling joining, exit formalities & full and final settlement
• Compliance & AdministrationEnsure HR policies are followed
• Maintain statutory compliance
• Prepare HR reports and trackers
• Support audits and documentation

• QualificationMBA / PGDM in HR (preferred)
• Any graduate with HR experience
• Experience0–3 years (Freshers with MBA HR can apply)
