Job Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job roles.

• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and experience.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage job postings on various portals and social media platforms.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activity.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding of selected candidates.
• Maintain good communication and relationship with clients and candidates.
• Work towards meeting hiring targets within deadlines.
• Skills & Requirements:Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple job roles at a time.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals.
• Basic understanding of HR processes.
• Problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Experience in recruitment is an advantage, but freshers can apply.
