Inside Sales Executive

Candidates must have a personal laptop or desktop, stable Wi-Fi or broadband internet connection, and a personal smartphone since this is a fully remote role.

Total monthly payout opportunity is up to ₹20,000 based on performance, along with additional performance payouts for higher sales. Performance Payout For 7 sales or below, payout will be ₹2,000 per sale. If an executive completes 8, 9, or 10 sales in a month, payout will be a flat ₹20,000 for the month. If the executive crosses 10 sales, every additional sale will earn ₹2,500 per sale. Minimum 1 year experience in tele-sales or cold calling. Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Telugu preferred and basic English required. Must be comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
