Job Description
- Generate new business by sourcing customers for gold loans through field visits, references, and local marketing activities.
- Promote gold loan schemes to walk-in customers and explain product benefits.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales and disbursement targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for renewals and cross-selling.
- Ensure accurate documentation, KYC compliance, and coordination with the appraiser and operations team.
- Follow up with customers for interest collection and loan renewals.
- Support promotional campaigns, loan recovery, and branch-level sales initiatives.
