MANAGER - OPERATIONS

The incumbent will bear end to end responsibility of the Brand in this role and be the custodian of all the aspects of the Corporate / Mother Brand and for all the MPG Financial Services companies, their business and their brand.

• Render necessary support to branches on Product queries, technical issues regarding Gold Loans, SME loans and TPP
• Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
• Centralized coordination of KYC maintenance
• Analysis of data and Supporting for generating required MIS
• Verification and clearance of documents as per checklist prior to sanction of loans.
• Preparation and dispatching auction notice to the customers 
• Preparation of final auction statement.
