MIS Executive

An MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive manages an organization's data, systems, and reporting to support strategic decisions, involving collecting/analyzing data, generating reports (Excel, Power BI), maintaining databases, ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting, and collaborating with departments for insights on performance, sales, or operations. Key responsibilities include data flow, system maintenance, creating dashboards, data security, and translating numbers into understandable business intelligence for management. 

Core Responsibilities

• Data Management: Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
• Reporting: Create daily, weekly, monthly reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for different business functions (sales, inventory, finance).
• System Maintenance: Manage and maintain the MIS, ensuring database accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Analysis & Insights: Identify trends, monitor KPIs, support forecasting, and provide actionable insights for management.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve issues with systems, data, and reporting.
