Parent Counsellor- STEM & Skill Development Courses

The Parent Counselor will interact with parents to explain and promote the academy’s STEM training, communication skills, and other student skill development programs. The role includes cold calling parents from the company database, counseling them about suitable courses for their children, and converting inquiries into enrollments. The counselor will also maintain follow-ups and support the student admission process.

Key Responsibilities

Cold calling to parents using the provided database

Explaining course benefits and program details

Counseling parents and suggesting suitable programs

Converting leads into admissions

Maintaining call records and follow-ups

Key Skills Required

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Comfortable with tele-calling and parent counseling

Basic knowledge of education or skill development programs

Good follow-up and relationship management skills

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email)

Preferred

1–2 years experience in education counseling, tele-calling, or admissions.
