Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to PROPRIETOR working life and communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF PERSONAL ASSISANT ( PA)
- Prior experience in a personal assistant, executive secretary, or office manager role
- Ability to follow established processes
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with clients of all levels both internally and externally
- Highly familiar with software suites, such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience in creating and maintaining office management systems and procedures
- Customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads
- High level of attention to detail
- Educated to High School Diploma level
- Abilities to handle Personal task
Key responsibilities
The PA must be available when needed. The executive would want PA to accompany them while traveling. Therefore, the PA must be ready to travel at immediate notice.
