Role Overview:

Are you a Civil Engineering graduate looking to start a career in Property Inspections? CheckThru Inspections is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Property Inspectors to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to learn practical, high-tech property inspection techniques. You will be trained to use advanced diagnostic tools and identify quality issues in modern construction.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

• On-Site Inspections: Visit residential properties (apartments & villas) to conduct quality checks on finishing, plumbing, electrical and civil works.
• Defect Detection: Follow our standardized checklists to identify issues.
• Learn & Operate Tools: Master the use of inspection technology.
• Data Collection: accurately record all the findings and capture photos which are clear, detailed.
• Report Preparation: Draft technical reports that help homeowners understand the condition of their property.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on construction standards and best practices.

Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications):

• Education: B. Tech in Civil Engineering (2020-2025 pass-outs).
• Location: Candidates from Vijayawada and the surrounding areas only.
• Experience: 0–2 years. with a strong academic understanding of building construction practices and quality assurance practices understanding for the finishing works are highly encouraged to apply.
• Technical Basics: Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of concrete technology, building materials, and finishing work.
• Observation Skills: You must be the type of person who notices small details (like a crooked switchboard or a hairline crack) that others ignore.
• English Proficiency: You should have an intermediate level of English Proficiency to write and communicate your thoughts clearly in the reports.
• Photography skills: Should be able to capture all the defects with absolute clarity and detail, and should not miss any issues found during the inspection.

Requirements:

• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license (This is a field job requiring daily travel to different sites).
• Technology: Proficiency in using smartphones and basic computer software (Word/Excel/Docs/PowerPoint/Slides) is required.
• Communication: Decent communication skills in English (for report writing) and the local language (for site coordination). The ability to converse in any other language is a good thing to have.
• Attitude: Punctual, professional, and willing to climb ladders, check attics, and get hands-on during inspections. A team player and a go-getter is the kind of person we are looking for.
