About the Company

IREP Credit Capital Pvt. Ltd. is entering a strong growth phase after recently receiving fresh capital and strengthening its leadership team with experienced bankers from the financial services industry.

The company is expanding its branch network across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, with 62 branch locations, and is currently hiring around 200 Relationship Managers for its Loan Against Property (LAP) business.

Professionals joining at this stage will have the opportunity to grow quickly with the organization as the branch network expands.

Recruitment for this role is being managed by SKVI Careers (a unit of Shri Kashi Vishwanath Industries).

Selected candidates will work directly with IREP Credit Capital.

Job Role – Relationship Manager (LAP Sales)

* Generate business for Loan Against Property (LAP) products

* Build relationships with business owners and MSME customers

* Visit local markets to acquire new customers

* Achieve monthly sales targets

* Work closely with branch team for customer sourcing

First Preference

✔ Loan Against Property (LAP) Sales

Second Preference

✔ Home Loan Sales

Third Preference

✔ CASA Sales (Current Account / Saving Account)

✔ Gold Loan Sales

Requirements

* Experience: 6 months – 5 years in sales

* Two-wheeler with valid driving license

* Comfortable with field sales

* Local candidates preferred

* CIBIL score above 650 preferred
